As we scale across regions, we’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Marketing Manager who can drive the narrative, elevate our brand, and lead high-performing content and campaign execution.

The Role

We’re looking for a creative, driven, and hands-on marketer who enjoys building, experimenting, and moving quickly.


This is a role where grit matters : where you’ll work across different teams, brands, and time zones, and where your ability to stay organized, stay hungry, and push projects forward will define your success.

You will support content creation, brand coordination, campaign execution, and day-to-day marketing activities for the Saudi market and across the SILQ ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy and Planning

●    Build and run the integrated marketing and multi media content calendar

●    Translate brand strategy into actionable plans and structures

Creative Leadership

●    Write sharp, compelling copy for campaigns and day to day content

●    Provide art direction and oversee the design team to deliver high quality visual and motion assets

●    Manage the full lifecycle of organic and campaign content

Ecosystem Management

●    Collaborate with external agencies for design, video or campaign support

●    Engage and coordinate with content creators to expand reach and diversify formats

Performance and Optimization

●    Own the marketing calendar including tracking and reporting

●    Use data and insights to optimize content, channels and overall performance

Brand Stewardship

●    Strengthen and evolve the brand narrative, visual identity and tone of voice

●    Ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints

What You Bring

●    5 or more years in content driven marketing roles

●    Demonstrated experience in creative Arabic copywriting and content strategy

●    Experience directing design teams with a solid design sense

●    Proven ability to manage multi media content calendars and agency collaboration

●    Ability to balance creativity with data backed decisions

●    Strong project management and cross functional communication skills
