As the Marketing Manager, you will provide the strategic marketing direction for the company, including short-term and long-term marketing plans, objectives, policies, and procedures. Along with a team of direct reports, you will be hands-on in the guidance, development, and execution of the companys marketing strategy. This role acts as a key leadership partner to the Director of Marketing, helping translate strategy into execution while motivating, prioritizing, and scaling the marketing team.

This position requires a high level of attention to detail, strong leadership presence, and the ability to partner cross-functionally to meet deadlines and execute flawlessly against business objectives.

About You:

• You have a thorough understanding of marketing strategy and best practices, with a strong emphasis on organic growth, paid media advertising, and driving measurable business results.
• You are a strong people leader who motivates, prioritizes, and develops a high-performing marketing team while balancing strategic direction with hands-on execution.
• You think strategically and know how to establish benchmarks to measure performance, particularly across lead generation, customer retention, and revenue growth.
• You lead and positively influence individuals at all levels of the organization, building trust, accountability, and alignment.
• You bring strong analytical skills and confidently use data, analytics, and performance metrics to guide marketing spend and campaign decisions.
• You have a proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans, provide clear direction, and hold teams accountable for results.
  
• You are comfortable operating as a second-in-command, supporting leadership decisions while independently owning initiatives and team priorities.
• You adapt easily to change, regularly evaluate KPIs, run reports, and continuously optimize marketing efforts.
• You work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• You have some experience with Apple, Klaviyo, Lightspeed POS, and shopify
• You have at least five years of marketing experience, including a minimum of three years in a leadership role.
• You hold a bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

About The Role:

• Acts as the day-to-day leader of the marketing function, translating strategy into execution across retail, e-commerce, and wholesale
• Reports directly to the Director of Marketing and serves as a trusted second-in-command
• Owns prioritization, timelines, and delivery of marketing initiatives, ensuring work is focused on measurable business impact
• Leads and manages marketing specialists and coordinators, providing clarity, structure, and accountability
• Oversees the marketing calendar to align campaigns, product launches, promotions, and partnerships across teams
• Manages marketing execution against budget, performance goals, and deadlines
• Balances high-level planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• Partners cross-functionally to ensure cohesive brand storytelling and timely execution
