We are seeking a full-time Marketing Manager to support our team with listing marketing, digital content creation, and brand coordination. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, creative, detail-oriented, and eager to grow with a leading local real estate brand.
Position Overview
As the Marketing Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day marketing functions for Meese Property Group listings and campaigns. You will manage listing launches from start to finish, coordinate vendors, and create marketing materials that reflect the professionalism and quality of the MPG brand. This position requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, in-office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Listing Management & Marketing
- Schedule and coordinate photography, videography, and floor plans for new listings
- Input, manage, and update listings across multiple MLS platforms
- Create CMA reports and listing consultation folders for agent listing appointments.
- Write compelling and accurate property descriptions
- Ensure listings are launched on time and meet MLS compliance standards
- Create and manage listing marketing materials, including brochures, signage, and email campaigns
Digital Marketing & Content Creation
- Plan, create, and schedule social media content across company platforms
- Manage email marketing campaigns to clients and prospects
- Maintain consistent branding and visual identity across all marketing channels
- Track engagement metrics and suggest improvements
Brand Support & Coordination
- Assist with marketing for community events and sponsorships
- Support team recognition, recruiting, and internal marketing materials
- Coordinate with vendors (photographers, videographers, printers, designers)
- Maintain organized marketing files, templates, and systems
Success in This Role Looks Like
- Listings are marketed accurately and launched on time
- Brand standards are consistently followed across all platforms
- Social media and email content is scheduled proactively
- Vendors are coordinated smoothly with minimal follow-up
- Agents and leadership can rely on you to manage details independently
Qualifications
- No degree or prior real estate experience required—training provided
- Prior experience in real estate, marketing, or digital content creation is highly preferred
- Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with technology and digital tools (MLS platforms, Canva, social media scheduling tools, email marketing software, Google Workspace, etc.)
- Creative mindset with a positive, professional attitude
- Real estate license is a plus, but not required
Compensation & Schedule
- Employment Type: Full-Time, W-2 Employee
- Compensation: $15–$20 per hour, based on experience and performance
- Work Location: In-Office (Southern Pines, NC)
- Schedule: Full-time, weekday schedule
