About the Role
MAD Hospitality is home to some of Dubai’s most design-driven and culturally relevant brands, from restaurants and coffee concepts to new ventures across lifestyle, retail, and product.
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who’s agile, crea ve, and deeply proac ve, someone who thrives in small teams and early-stage environments, turning ideas into high-impact 360 campaigns. You’ll be responsible for building and execu ng brand and campaign strategies across mul ple business ver cals, driving awareness, engagement, and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
360° Campaign Planning & Execution
- Lead the development of fully integrated marketing campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels, including social, PR, CRM, influencer, events, and in-store activation.
- Build campaign calendars with clear objectives, crea ve direc on, budgets, and KPIs.
- Oversee crea ve brief development and cross-func onal rollout, ensuring brand consistency and mely delivery.
- Translate commercial goals into crea ve campaigns that drive both awareness and conversion.
Collaborations & Partnerships
- Identify, pitch, and execute brand collabora ons and partnerships that align with our values and audiences.
- Manage rela onship building, nego a on, and campaign ac va on for co-branded initiatives.
- Support post-campaign performance analysis and reporting.
Social Media & Storytelling
- Lead content and community strategy across social pla orms, from concept and cap on writing to overseeing production and publica on.
- Monitor performance analytics and use insights to refine future content and media strategies.
- Ensure tone of voice, design, and storytelling reflect each brand’s positioning and values.
Performance & Operations
- Track ROI, optimize paid media performance, and maintain marke ng spend efficiency.
- Manage suppliers, agencies, and freelance crea ves as needed for shoots, activations, or campaign assets.
- Stay ahead of cultural trends, digital innova on, and compe ve ac vity across industries.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years’ experience as a Marketing Manager (or equivalent) in hospitality, lifestyle, or startup environments.
- Proven ability to deliver 360 campaigns that blend creativity with measurable results.
- Experience managing brand collabora ons and partnerships.
- Deep understanding of social media strategy, content production, and audience engagement.
- Exceptional organiza onal and project management skills, able to move fast, anticipate needs, and work with limited guidance.
- A bias for action and a hands-on approach to problem solving.
- Comfortable opera ng in lean, cross-func onal teams where autonomy and accountability go hand in hand.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED15,000.00 per month
