Marketing Manager

Job Title: Marketing Manager (B2B – Manufacturing Industry)

Experience Required:

Minimum 1 Year of experience in Marketing or Sales (B2B preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle and manage inquiries from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, company website, and other marketing channels
• Follow up with potential clients and convert inquiries into orders
• Coordinate with management and production team for quotations and project execution
• Plan and execute basic digital marketing activities (LinkedIn, Email, WhatsApp marketing)
• Identify new business opportunities and develop new client base
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales & marketing reports
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B marketing or sales
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand technical / manufacturing products
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Email, CRM tools preferred)
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined approach to work

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in Manufacturing / Industrial / Pharma / Cleanroom industry
• Experience handling IndiaMART and TradeIndia leads
• Knowledge of online lead generation platforms
