One of Dubai’s iconic bespoke tailoring houses, is seeking a creative and results-driven
Marketing Manager
to lead its marketing and brand strategy across all locations.
This is a key position for someone who understands
luxury fashion marketing
, can create strong
digital and in-store storytelling
, and has the strategic drive to grow an established brand through modern marketing execution.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
🔹
Brand, Digital & Campaign Strategy
-
Plan and execute monthly marketing campaigns aligned with brand and sales goals.

Manage and optimize
paid advertising
across Meta and Google platforms.

Track and report on
leads, ROI, and performance insights
weekly and monthly.

Work closely with senior management to align marketing direction with business objectives.

Social Media, Influencer & Content Creation
-
Oversee and manage
social media platforms
(Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).

Capture and create
candid in-store photo and video content
that highlights craftsmanship, client experience, and product details.

Develop engaging
social media stories, reels, and campaigns
with a strong luxury tone.

Identify and manage
influencer collaborations
— selecting profiles that align with the brand's image and managing deliverables end to end.

Collaborate with photographers, editors, and freelancers to maintain high-quality visual standards.

Creative & In-House Marketing Support

Prepare and send
WhatsApp broadcasts
and digital messages for client engagement.

Create
presentations, PR materials, and in-house marketing decks
for events, partnerships, or promotions.

Coordinate with designers or agencies for
graphic artwork, visual merchandising, and print materials
.

Support PR initiatives and brand partnerships to strengthen visibility and positioning.

Website Coordination
-
Coordinate content integration and updates for
new website currently in development
.

Work closely with the development team to ensure design, tone, and user experience align with brand standards.

Support website rollout and online content accuracy.

External Agency Coordination

Liaise with external vendors handling
SEO, design, or printing
tasks.

Maintain timelines, quality, and deliverable consistency across all marketing partners.
Requirements
-
Must be
based in Dubai
.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

5+ years of experience
in marketing within luxury fashion, retail, or hospitality.

Strong understanding of
digital marketing, social media, and campaign analytics
.

Hands-on experience in
content creation
— comfortable capturing candid visuals in-store.

Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
