Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth across multiple channels. Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns using platforms like Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation tools to increase reach and engagement.
  • Oversee content marketing initiatives, including copywriting, SEO optimization, and website management using WordPress and HTML to enhance online visibility.
  • Analyze campaign performance through Google Analytics and other analytics tools; prepare reports to inform future strategies.
  • Coordinate with product management teams to develop go-to-market plans for new products, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Lead social media marketing efforts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to build brand awareness and community engagement.
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively while exploring new opportunities in E-commerce and performance marketing to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with creative teams utilizing Adobe Creative Suite to produce compelling visual content for campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights that inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, content marketing, B2B marketing, and multichannel marketing strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, social media marketing platforms, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation tools.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, HTML coding basics, and print advertising techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage advertising sales campaigns and oversee performance marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging messages tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in product management or working closely with product teams is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from various sources for strategic insights.
  • Budgeting experience for managing large-scale campaigns while maintaining cost efficiency.
