About Perfect Power Wash

Perfect Power Wash (PPW) is a fast-growing home services platform focused on power washing and holiday lighting. Headquartered in Norton, Ohio, PPW operates across multiple branches and states, primarily throughout the Midwest and into the Northeast.

Following our first acquisition, the business is in the mid-twenties in annual revenue, with an active acquisition strategy and continued organic growth. As the platform expands, PPW is building a scalable, digital-first marketing engine to support multiple brands, locations, and service lines.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to own and execute marketing efforts across a growing home services platform. This role is responsible for day-to-day marketing execution, managing external partners, and ensuring marketing efforts scale as the business grows through both organic growth and acquisitions.

This is a hands-on, operator role for someone who can work across a wide range of marketing activities, bring structure to a growing environment, and translate business priorities into clear, executable marketing programs.

A core part of the role is creating consistency across marketing efforts inherited through acquisitions, while maintaining momentum in existing markets.

The role is based at our headquarters in Norton, Ohio, with an expectation of regular in-person collaboration.

This role will work closely with the current marketing manager and marketing support resources to maintain continuity while building a scalable, platform-ready marketing operating model.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Execution & Ownership

  • Own day-to-day marketing execution across core channels, including:
  • Paid search and Local Service Ads (LSAs)
  • SEO and website performance
  • Lead generation and conversion optimization
  • Targeted direct mail and local campaigns
  • Align marketing programs with seasonal demand, operational capacity, and growth goals.

Agency & Vendor Management

  • Own the agency and vendor model across the platform, including evaluating, managing, and transitioning marketing service providers as the business scales.
  • Manage relationships with external marketing agencies and vendors.
  • Coordinate scope, priorities, performance tracking, and transitions as needed.
  • Ensure the overall agency structure supports scale, acquisition integration, and operational efficiency.

Acquisition & Integration Support

  • Support the integration of newly acquired businesses into PPW’s marketing ecosystem.
  • Evaluate existing marketing setups and recommend practical alignment where appropriate.
  • Help standardize tools, processes, and reporting while accommodating local market dynamics.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze performance across channels, including leads, CAC, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Provide clear, actionable reporting to leadership.
  • Identify opportunities for optimization, efficiency, and scale.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with operations, finance, and leadership to align marketing efforts with budgets, capacity, and expansion plans.
  • Participate in planning related to budgeting, seasonality, and geographic growth.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–8 years of marketing experience, preferably in home services, local services, or performance-driven environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of digital marketing channels, including paid search, LSAs, SEO, and website optimization.
  • Demonstrated experience owning agency relationships, including scope definition, performance management, and transition planning.
  • Comfortable operating in a growing, evolving business where not everything is fully built.
  • Ability to balance hands-on execution with sound judgment and prioritization.
  • Clear communicator who follows through.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required, with demonstrated experience delivering results.
  • Master’s degree preferred, but not required.

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting multi-location or multi-state businesses.
  • Exposure to acquisition-driven growth or integration work.
  • Familiarity with seasonal demand planning.

Compensation

$80,000–$125,000, depending on experience.

Job Type: Full-time
