Job Summary
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies to enhance the hospital’s brand visibility, patient outreach, and service growth. The role focuses on promoting mother and child healthcare services ethically while building strong relationships with doctors, corporates, communities, and referral partners.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement annual and monthly marketing plans aligned with hospital goals
- Promote maternity, neonatal, pediatric, fertility, and women’s health services
- Identify new patient acquisition opportunities and referral networks
Branding & Communication
- Ensure consistent hospital branding across all platforms
- Oversee design and content for brochures, banners, hoardings, and digital media
- Coordinate hospital campaigns, health days, and awareness programs
Digital & Online Marketing
- Manage hospital presence on social media, Google, and healthcare portals
- Coordinate website updates, SEO, and online advertisements
- Track digital campaign performance and patient lead generation
Doctor & Referral Management
- Build and maintain relationships with gynecologists, pediatricians, and general practitioners
- Coordinate referral programs and doctor engagement activities
- Organize CME programs, doctor meets, and medical seminars
Community Outreach & Events
- Plan and execute health camps, antenatal classes, school programs, and corporate tie-ups
- Represent the hospital in community events and healthcare forums
- Strengthen hospital visibility in local markets
Market Research & Reporting
- Analyze patient trends, competition, and market demand
- Prepare marketing performance reports and ROI analysis
- Suggest improvements based on patient feedback and market insights
Team & Vendor Coordination
- Manage marketing executives, agencies, and vendors
- Coordinate with internal departments for campaign execution
Required Qualifications
- MBA / PG Diploma in Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Life Sciences
Experience
- Minimum 5–7 years of marketing experience
- Prior experience in hospital, healthcare, or mother & child care setup preferred

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
