Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement monthly and annual marketing plans aligned with business goals
- Plan promotional campaigns, tournaments, and special poker events
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities
Player Acquisition & Retention
- Design loyalty programs, referral schemes, and VIP initiatives
- Improve customer experience and retention through targeted campaigns
- Work closely with floor managers to understand player behavior
Digital & Offline Marketing
- Manage social media platforms, WhatsApp campaigns, SMS, and email marketing
- Coordinate digital ads, influencer collaborations, and online promotions
- Handle offline branding, posters, standees, and in-club promotions
Events & Partnerships
- Organize poker tournaments, themed nights, and promotional events
- Build partnerships with hotels, bars, influencers, and corporate clients
- Coordinate sponsorships and co-branded promotions
Brand Management
- Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels
- Ensure promotional content complies with gaming and legal guidelines
Reporting & Budgeting
- Track campaign performance, ROI, and player growth metrics
- Manage marketing budgets effectively
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing (gaming, hospitality, nightlife preferred)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and promotions
- Knowledge of poker/gaming industry is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Creative thinking with strong analytical ability
