We are seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the overall marketing function for Villas by Noor. You will be responsible for crafting and executing marketing strategies that elevate brand visibility, attract quality bookings, foster customer engagement, and build long-term loyalty in the luxury hospitality segment.


Key Responsibilities


Strategic Marketing & Planning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive annual and campaign-based marketing plans aligned with business goals.
  • Define target customer segments and tailor strategies to reach discerning travellers and luxury clientele.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.


Digital Marketing & Online Presence

  • Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM, performance marketing, email marketing, social media, and content strategy.
  • Oversee website content, UX optimisation and conversion performance to maximise online enquiries and bookings.


Brand Identity & Communications

  • Build and maintain a strong, consistent luxury brand image across all channels.
  • Manage PR efforts, media relations, and influencer collaborations to enhance brand credibility and exposure.
  • Create compelling marketing materials — brochures, videos, presentations, and guest stories.


Customer Engagement & Loyalty

  • Design and implement guest-centric engagement programmes (loyalty, referral, and repeat stay incentives).
  • Track guest feedback and behavioural insights to refine marketing tactics and improve guest experiences.


Partnerships & Collaborations

  • Establish strategic alliances with travel partners, luxury lifestyle platforms, corporate clients, and tourism networks.
  • Work with wedding planners, event organisers, and destination marketing partners to widen reach.


Analytics, Reporting & Budgeting

  • Define and track KPIs (ROI, conversion rates, traffic, engagement metrics) and prepare actionable performance reports.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively to optimise ROI across campaigns and channels.


Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience: 5–8+ years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury hospitality, travel, real estate or experiential brands.
  • Digital Expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and SEO/SEM strategies.
  • Communication: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Creative & Strategic: Ability to generate innovative marketing ideas and translate strategy into execution.
  • Collaborative: Strong interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally with sales, operations, creative teams, and external partners.
