Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in digital marketing channels, content creation, and data analytics to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies. This role requires a creative thinker with strong analytical skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns across various platforms to increase engagement, generate leads, and support sales objectives. The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand presence both online and offline, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels, including SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, print advertising, and performance marketing.
  • Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and other paid media channels to maximize ROI.
  • Oversee content marketing initiatives, including copywriting, blog posts, product descriptions, and multimedia content creation using Adobe Creative Suite tools.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools and analytics platforms like Google Analytics to track campaign performance, analyze data trends, and refine strategies accordingly.
  • Coordinate multichannel marketing efforts to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms including E-commerce sites built on WordPress or similar CMS.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities in B2B marketing, product positioning, and customer segmentation.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop advertising sales strategies that support revenue growth.
  • Manage budgets for campaigns and projects while ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices in digital marketing, HTML coding for landing pages or email templates, and emerging trends in performance marketing.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, multichannel campaigns, and advertising sales.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress development, HTML coding basics, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising tools, and email marketing platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making using analytics tools.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling content tailored for various audiences.
  • Experience in B2B marketing strategies and product management is highly desirable.
  • Ability to research market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
