Role Overview
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing the company’s marketing strategy across digital channels, social media, SEO, creative content, and brand communication.
The role ensures strong brand visibility, lead generation, and consistent messaging aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
- Develop and implement end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, social media ads, email marketing, and other online platforms.
- Plan and manage performance marketing activities to achieve KPIs such as lead generation, conversions, CTR, and ROI.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytical tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.).
- Manage digital budgets and optimize spending efficiency.
SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Develop SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, ranking, and traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits.
- Coordinate with developers and content team to implement on-page and technical SEO improvements.
- Build and manage backlink strategies to strengthen domain authority.
- Monitor SEO performance and deliver insights-driven recommendations.
Social Media Management
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage all social media handles (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Plan monthly social media calendars and oversee content production.
- Track platform analytics to measure performance and optimize strategy.
Creative Branding
- Oversee development of creative assets including banners, videos, graphics, presentations, and brand collateral.
- Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and agencies to produce high-quality visuals.
- Innovate creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, and events.
Content Creation & Management
- Develop and oversee content strategies for website, blog posts, email marketing, product
descriptions, and marketing campaigns.
- Guide content writers and multimedia teams to ensure messaging aligns with brand guidelines.
- Review and approve all marketing content before publication.
- Ensure SEO-friendly content development.
Market Research & Strategy
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitor strategies.
- Develop marketing roadmaps and annual plans aligned with business goals.
- Identify new opportunities and channels to expand brand presence.
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Manage marketing coordinators, interns, and outsourced agencies.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Product teams for integrated campaigns.
- Present marketing plans and performance reports to management
Job Qualifications
- 4–7 years’ marketing experience, preferably in real estate, with strong digital marketing background
- Proven experience in SEO, social media, and content strategy
- Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and CRM tools
- Creative mindset with excellent communication and copywriting skills
- Russian language proficiency is required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
