Overview

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a long, proven track record of building and scaling marketing systems that drive traffic, convert customers, and generate revenue. This role is for a hands-on leader. Someone who has successfully marketed real products, managed budgets, led teams, and optimized campaigns from beginning to end.

You will own the entire marketing function, from strategy to execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Leadership

  • Own and execute the full marketing strategy aligned with business and revenue goals
  • Lead, manage, and develop a marketing team
  • Set clear marketing KPIs and goals tied directly to growth and profitability
  • Ensure brand voice, visual identity, and messaging consistency across all channels
  • Build and maintain a steady pipeline of new customers

Budget & Performance Ownership

  • Own the marketing budget and allocate spend for maximum ROI
  • Continuously analyze performance and adjust spend based on results
  • Track and optimize:
  • Cost per lead (CPL)
  • Cost per acquisition (CPA)
  • Conversion rates
  • Campaign ROI

Demand Generation & Growth

  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns including:
  • Paid ads (Google, Meta, etc.)
  • SEO & website funnel optimization
  • Email & SMS campaigns
  • Social media strategy
  • Design and execute A/B tests across ads, landing pages, emails, and funnels
  • Optimize onboarding messaging and customer experience
  • Drive retention, upsell, cross-sell, and re-engagement campaigns

Content & Brand Execution

  • Oversee website copy, landing pages, and funnels
  • Manage blogs, resources, and educational content
  • Own storytelling, value proposition, and messaging clarity
  • Guide social content strategy and printed materials
  • Ensure reputation management and customer trust

Data, Insights & Optimization

  • Monitor customer behavior trends and feedback
  • Track industry trends, competitors, and emerging platforms
  • Identify and implement new tools and technologies
  • Turn insights into actionable improvements quickly

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 7+ years of hands-on marketing experience with proven, measurable results
  • Demonstrated success marketing real products or services
  • Experience managing a marketing team and external vendors/agencies
  • Strong background in performance marketing and funnel optimization
  • Deep understanding of paid ads, SEO, email marketing, and conversion optimization
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver ROI
  • Highly analytical with strong reporting and attribution skills
  • Comfortable owning results from strategy through execution

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
