Job Summary
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies to promote real estate projects, generate qualified leads, strengthen brand presence, and support sales objectives across digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for residential/commercial projects
- Plan project launches, campaigns, and promotional activities
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal ROI
Digital Mkg
- Oversee digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, portals, email, WhatsApp marketing)
- Manage website content, SEO, landing pages, and lead funnels
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for lead quality and cost
Branding & Communication
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms
- Coordinate with creative agencies for brochures, videos, hoardings, and ads
- Manage social media presence and content calendars
Sales Support
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales goals
- Provide marketing collateral and lead reports to sales teams
- Track lead conversion metrics and customer journey
Market Research & Analytics
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights
- Monitor trends in real estate marketing and buyer behavior
- Prepare regular performance reports for management
Vendor & Agency Management
- Coordinate with advertising agencies, media partners, and vendors
- Negotiate media buys and manage external partners

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
