Duties

  • Oversee the creation of engaging content across platforms such as websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media channels like Facebook Advertising to attract and retain target audiences.
  • Manage advertising sales efforts by identifying new opportunities, negotiating deals, and optimizing ad campaigns using tools like Google AdWords and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Utilize analytics platforms such as Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance, interpret data insights, and adjust strategies for optimal results.
  • Coordinate with product management teams to align marketing initiatives with product launches and enhancements, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Implement marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns, nurture leads through email marketing, and improve overall efficiency.
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform strategic decisions and identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices for search engine optimization.
  • Proficiency in social media marketing platforms and multichannel marketing strategies to reach diverse audiences effectively.
  • Skilled in using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for content creation and campaign design.
  • Solid knowledge of performance marketing tactics including Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and other paid media channels.
  • Experience with website management platforms like WordPress; familiarity with HTML is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills utilizing Google Analytics and other analytics tools to measure campaign success and ROI.
  • Excellent copywriting skills for creating compelling content that resonates with target audiences across various formats.
  • Ability to manage budgets effectively while maximizing return on investment through strategic planning.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and product management processes to support online sales initiatives.
