Position Overview: The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the execution of marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention. This role requires a mix of creativity, analytics, and leadership to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both digital and traditional marketing tactics, a proven track record of campaign management, and the ability to adapt strategies based on market trends and consumer insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to meet business objectives, including lead generation, brand awareness, and customer retention.
  • Manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital (social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, advertising) and traditional platforms (print, events, PR).
  • Lead the development of marketing content, including social media updates, emails, advertisements, and promotional materials.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform campaign strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  • Oversee and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and campaigns are cost-effective.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all marketing materials.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track campaign success using analytics tools, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices.
  • Plan and coordinate events, and other brand-building activities to engage with customers and prospects.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to event locations, including weekends and occasional evenings
  • Mentor and guide marketing team members, providing direction and fostering professional growth.
  • Any other assigned task

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven experience in creating and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media strategy.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, Google Analytics, and other relevant software.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and communicate strategies clearly.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Marketing or an MBA.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and web design principles.
  • Experience with influencer marketing, partnerships, or affiliate programs.
  • Knowledge of event planning and execution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
