Position Overview: The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the execution of marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention. This role requires a mix of creativity, analytics, and leadership to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both digital and traditional marketing tactics, a proven track record of campaign management, and the ability to adapt strategies based on market trends and consumer insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to meet business objectives, including lead generation, brand awareness, and customer retention.
- Manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital (social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, advertising) and traditional platforms (print, events, PR).
- Lead the development of marketing content, including social media updates, emails, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform campaign strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Oversee and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and campaigns are cost-effective.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all marketing materials.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track campaign success using analytics tools, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Conduct competitor analysis and stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices.
- Plan and coordinate events, and other brand-building activities to engage with customers and prospects.
- Willingness and ability to travel to event locations, including weekends and occasional evenings
- Mentor and guide marketing team members, providing direction and fostering professional growth.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven experience in creating and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media strategy.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, Google Analytics, and other relevant software.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and communicate strategies clearly.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Master’s degree in Marketing or an MBA.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and web design principles.
- Experience with influencer marketing, partnerships, or affiliate programs.
- Knowledge of event planning and execution.
