An established Turkish furniture designer & manufacturer, Parla is an İstanbul-based family business, with a crafts heritage spanning four generations.


The history of Parla began in 1910, when the great-grandfather of the current owners crafted furniture for the Ottoman Empire. Over time and across generations, we have developed the Parla brand, which is a modern operation with a showroom and a 15,000 sqm factory in Istanbul, as well as a presence in London, New York, Miami, and Dubai.


Parla specializes in manufacturing sophisticated, high-quality loose and fixed furniture + joinery for commercial interiors.


Alongside a very comprehensive bespoke FF&E service, Parla also has its own portfolio of products designed by both in-house and internationally renowned designers, some of which are award-winning. Parla Collection is now achieving consistent growth across the UK, Europe, the USA, and the GCC, with a strong network of dealers, distributors, and collaborators.


With an in-house team of 15 young, dynamic designers and a factory of highly skilled artisans in areas such as wood, metal, glass, and upholstery, over 200 employees are working tirelessly to continue the legacy.

Position:

We are seeking a Marketing Manager who will develop and execute marketing strategies to drive B2B growth. This role requires a creative, strategic thinker who can elevate our brand presence across the markets we operate in.



Key Responsibilities in this role:

  • Position and promote the Parla brand in line with the overall corporate strategy
  • Own the portfolio strategy and lifecycle management of Parla’s collection line. Define positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market strategy
  • Create innovative ideas to increase brand awareness
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
  • Lead pricing architecture, including list prices, dealer margins, campaigns, and promotions
  • Drive profitable growth by balancing competitiveness, cost structure, and margin targets
  • Design and execute promotional calendars and launch/relaunch campaigns
  • Develop and manage dealer loyalty and incentive programs to increase sales and retention
  • Own all marketing communication assets (catalogs, samples, digital, and showroom)
  • Coordinate internal teams and external agencies for content creation and visual storytelling
  • Support sales teams with regional marketing plans in line with regional needs (events, trade fairs, collaborations, dealer in-store activations)
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to optimize the portfolio
  • Work closely with sales, production, and finance teams to shape the most relevant actions for the growth of the collection business


What are the qualifications we look for in a Marketing Manager at Parla:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of proven marketing experience
  • Fluency in English is a must (both spoken & written)
  • Ability to manage marketing budget and deliver measurable results
  • Strong knowledge of marketing tools and platforms
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions
  • No travel restrictions


Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience in marketing in the B2B or furniture industry
  • Creative industries experience
  • Strong desire and experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
