We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who enjoys building, running, and improving a marketing engine — someone who likes getting things done and making them work better over time.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, execution-first marketing role with room to grow.

In the first 6–12 months, you’ll be deeply involved in day-to-day marketing execution: managing the calendar, coordinating campaigns, and helping establish the systems and workflows that make marketing repeatable and scalable.

As the function matures, there is an opportunity to take on broader ownership and leadership, helping shape strategy, develop the team, and increase accountability for results.

You’ll work closely with the Director of Revenue and provide leadership across the marketing function, helping ensure marketing supports a 40%+ year-over-year growth goal.

What You’ll Do

  • Run and coordinate marketing execution across channels
  • Own the marketing calendar and campaign cadence
  • Step in to execute directly when needed
  • Build and improve repeatable marketing systems
  • Track performance and turn KPIs into action
  • Help the team prioritize, focus, and deliver consistently
  • Partner with Sales and Revenue leadership on funnel performance

Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of experience in marketing roles
  • Exposure to SaaS, CRM, or subscription businesses is a plus
  • Experience managing multiple channels or projects
  • Comfort working both independently and with a team
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills

Compensation & Benefits

  • On Target Earnings: $80,000–$95,000

Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and geographic location, consistent with applicable laws.
