Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Revenue Support

KRA: Drive quality leads and support membership revenue growth

KPIs:

 Achieve monthly lead targets as assigned by management

 Maintain cost per lead (CPL) within approved budget

 Improve lead-to-join conversion ratio in coordination with sales teams

 Minimum X% month-on-month growth in qualified leads

2. Digital Marketing Performance

KRA: Manage and optimize digital platforms for maximum ROI

KPIs:

 Run and optimize Meta & Google Ads with measurable ROI

 Ensure 100% execution of monthly digital campaigns

 Increase social media engagement & followers by defined %

 Maintain active listings and ratings on Google Business Profiles

3. Local Club Marketing (Hyperlocal)

KRA: Drive footfall and local visibility for all clubs

KPIs:

 Execute minimum 2–4 local activations per club per month

 Support clubs with creatives, offers, and campaign plans

 Increase walk-ins & local inquiries

 Ensure consistent branding across all club-level marketing

4. Brand Management & ReputationKRA:

Protect and strengthen the Anytime Fitness brand

KPIs:

 Maintain brand consistency across all communication

 Improve and monitor Google ratings & online reviews

 Ensure zero brand guideline violations

 Timely response strategy for negative feedback

5. Campaign Planning & Execution

KRA: Plan and deliver impactful marketing campaigns

KPIs:

 Submit monthly marketing calendar on time

 Execute 100% approved campaigns within timelines

 Deliver festive, offer-based, and seasonal campaigns

 Coordinate effectively with design, sales, and operations teams

6. MIS, Analytics & Reporting

KRA: Provide accurate performance tracking and insights

KPIs:

 Submit daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports

 Track leads, joins, spends, CPL, ROI & conversions

 Share actionable insights for performance improvement

 Maintain 100% data accuracy

7. Budget & Vendor Management

KRA: Efficient use of marketing budget and resources

KPIs:

 Marketing spends within approved budget

 Timely coordination with agencies, printers, and vendors

 Cost optimization without compromising output quality

8. Cross-Functional Coordination

KRA: Work closely with sales, CRM, and operations

KPIs: Align campaigns with sales targets and offers

 Train club teams on campaign communication

 Ensure smooth handover of leads to CRM/sales teams

9. Discipline, Compliance & Ownership

KRA: Maintain professionalism and accountability

KPIs:

 Adherence to company policies and timelines

 No data misuse or confidentiality breaches

 Proactive problem-solving and ownership mindset

10. Innovation & Growth

KRA: Introduce new ideas to grow the brand and revenue

KPIs:

 New campaign ideas / tie-ups / influencer strategies

 Competitor analysis and market benchmarking

 Contribution to long-term brand growth strategy

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
