Marketing Manager

• Plan and execute offline lead generation activities
• Develop corporate tie-ups and institutional partnerships
• Manage referral and customer engagement programs
• Lead and motivate field marketing executives/promoters
• Ensure daily lead targets and lead quality standards
• Coordinate with sales team for lead conversion follow-up
• Maintain lead records and prepare daily/weekly reports
• Handle vendors for stalls, branding, and promotional materials
• Improve brand visibility in local markets

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
