Marketing Manager

Company Overview:

We are a growing local Roofing business looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to help increase leads, improve online visibility, and manage paid and organic marketing channels. This role is perfect for someone who understands SEO, Google Ads, and social media marketing and knows how to turn traffic into real customers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize SEO strategies (on-page, local SEO, keyword research, Google Business Profile optimization)
• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (search, display, remarketing)
• Track and improve cost per lead (CPL) and conversion rates
• Plan, create, and schedule social media content (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Monitor analytics (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Console)
• Write or assist with marketing copy for ads, posts, and website updates
• Provide monthly performance reports and insights
• Stay up to date on digital marketing trends and algorithm changes

Requirements:

• Proven experience with SEO, Google Ads, and social media marketing
• Strong understanding of keyword research and conversion tracking
• Experience managing ad budgets and optimizing campaigns for ROI
• Familiarity with local service-based businesses is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and results-oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

• Google Ads certification (plus but not required)
• Experience with local lead generation
• Knowledge of CRM systems and call tracking tools
