Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and performance-oriented Marketing manager to manage our social media presence and digital advertising. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility to work remotely while coordinating on-site for content creation, filming, and campaign planning when needed.

Scope of Work

1. Content Creation & Posting

-Create and publish +10 Social Media Posts per month

-Produce 5 Reels (30–60 seconds) per month

Content focus:

-Sleep health awareness

-Lifestyle storytelling

-How quality sleep helps people feel fresh, active, and productive

-Trust-based communication

-Write engaging captions with a basic hashtag strategy

-Maintain consistent brand tone and visual identity

2. Digital Advertising (Meta Platforms)

-Manage Instagram & Facebook Ads

Objectives:

-Reach audiences near the store location

-Target people interested in sleep, health, and home lifestyle

-Boost and scale best-performing posts & reels

-Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns for better reach and engagement

Requirements

-Experience in social media marketing and Meta Ads management

-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any relevant field

-Strong storytelling and content creation skills

-Basic photo/video editing skills

-Understanding of audience targeting and local marketing

-Ability to analyze insights and improve campaign performance

-Arabic & English proficiency preferred
