Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager
Location: NWFL/Destin, Florida
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with flexible availability for events/launches)
Compensation: Competitive base + Performance-driven incentives
About the Role
We aren’t your typical corporate restaurant group, and we aren’t looking for a typical marketing manager. Our portfolio includes 3 very different restaurant brands.
We don’t care about how many trophies are on your shelf or the fancy letters behind your name. We care about results. We are looking for an experienced, "boots-on-the-ground" marketer who understands that a great campaign isn’t successful unless the dining room is full and the brand sentiment is soaring.
What You’ll Do
- Multi-Brand Strategy: Develop and execute tailored marketing calendars for 7+ locations across three distinct brands.
- Content Creation: You'll work with our in-house content creator to develop eye-catching, mouth-watering social media campaigns.
- Community Engagement: Manage our "Community First" initiatives, from Spirit Nights and non-profit partnerships to military outreach.
- Digital Presence: Oversee social media, Google Business profiles, and review management to ensure our online reputation matches our in-store hospitality.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze foot traffic, sales data, and campaign ROI. Your success (and your pay) is tied directly to the growth and health of the brands.
- Local Store Marketing (LSM): Build relationships with local hotels, businesses, and tourism boards to keep our restaurants the #1 choice for locals and visitors alike.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Experience: You’ve done this before. You know how to pivot between a "buy-one-get-one" special and an elevated wine-pairing dinner.
- Adaptability: While the core hours are M-F 8-5, the hospitality world doesn't stop at 5:00 PM. You have the flexibility to support grand openings, community festivals, and weekend events when the brand needs you.
- Grit & Ownership: You treat the marketing budget like it’s your own money and the restaurants like they are your own businesses.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in social media analytics, basic graphic design (Canva/Adobe), and local SEO.
