JOB TITLE: Marketing Manager

DEPARTMENT: Administration

REPORTS TO: Chief Executive Officer

SUPERVISES: None

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Marketing Manager is responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of hospital and clinic business activities; providing guidance and feedback to the leadership team; producing ideas for promotional events or activities and organizing them.

This role also serves as the primary liaison for community relations and foundation activities, fostering strong relationships with community partners, donors, and stakeholders to support the hospital’s mission and growth.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the hospital’s activities.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns for hospital & clinic promotions.
  • Monitor progress and submit performance reports to CEO.
  • Responsible for producing valuable content for the hospital’s online presence, editorial design, and organizing the hospital’s publications.
  • Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitors’ marketing movements.
  • Assist with the budget and allocation of resources amongst hospital & clinic marketing projects.
  • Serve as the organization’s agent toward external parties such as media, stakeholders, community partners, and potential clients; build and maintain strategic partnerships.
  • Lead community relations efforts by developing and maintaining relationships with local organizations, businesses, and community leaders to enhance the hospital’s visibility and engagement.
  • Serve as liaison to the hospital foundation, supporting fundraising initiatives, donor engagement, special events, and communication efforts in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Coordinate and support community outreach programs, health events, and sponsorships that align with the hospital’s mission and strategic priorities.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of web analytics; stay current with online marketing techniques and best practices.
  • Ensure a patient-oriented approach to hospital marketing strategies.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

MINIMUM EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree required

PREFERRED EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing

Minimum Experience

One-year experience in Marketing

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Two plus years’ experience in Marketing Management
