Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and management of a broad range of marketing initiatives. This role is hands-on and cross-functional, requiring the ability to manage multiple marketing workstreams simultaneously while contributing both strategic input and tactical execution.

The Marketing Manager partners closely with the Senior Vice President of Marketing, internal stakeholders, creative resources, and external vendors to deliver marketing programs that support brand awareness, engagement, and business growth.

Essential Job Functions

· Develop, manage, and execute marketing content across multiple formats, including short-form and long-form assets such as infographics, case studies, white papers, blogs, presentations, email campaigns, webinar materials, and video scripts.

· Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns from concept through delivery.

· Maintain and update company websites, including landing pages, blog content, and general site updates.

· Support conversion rate optimization efforts and ongoing content performance improvements.

· Execute and monitor email marketing campaigns and related activity using HubSpot.

· Support marketing automation, nurture programs, campaign setup, and performance reporting.

· Coordinate day-to-day activities with external marketing vendors, including SEO agencies, PR firms, and freelance resources.

· Track project timelines, scope, and deliverables to ensure work is completed on time and aligned with objectives.

· Review vendor deliverables and provide feedback to ensure consistency with brand standards and messaging.

· Assist in the planning and execution of product launches and supporting marketing campaigns.

· Develop and manage launch-related assets, including messaging frameworks, launch emails, landing pages, and promotional materials.

· Coordinate cross-functional efforts between marketing, product, and sales teams.

· Support marketing planning, campaign execution, and performance tracking.

· Assist with reporting and identification of opportunities for improvement.

· Provide support for webinars, events, and other marketing initiatives and special projects as needed.

Requirements

· High School Diploma or equivalent required, relevant college course work preferred.

· Minimum of 4 years of professional marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment.

· Strong writing and editing skills, with experience producing both short-form and long-form marketing content.

· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities simultaneously.

· Strong communication and collaboration skills.

· Hands-on experience using HubSpot for email marketing, campaign management, and marketing automation.

· Experience managing and updating websites using WordPress.

· Preferred: Experience with additional content management systems such as SquareSpace.

· Preferred: Experience coordinating with external vendors and agencies.
