This role requires a self-driven, creative, and highly organized individual who can execute campaigns, manage content, maintain brand consistency, and support the company's growth and reputation — all with minimal oversight. The ideal candidate thrives in a small-business environment, is comfortable wearing many hats, and takes genuine ownership of outcomes.
