Job Title: Marketing Manager

Reports To: Marketing Director
Job Summary: The Marketing Manager for P3 is responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance the brand presence, patient acquisition, and retention across multiple locations. This role involves collaboration with clinical teams, digital marketing specialists, and external vendors to create effective marketing campaigns that align with the organization's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, social media, and traditional advertising.
- Analyze market trends, patient demographics, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
Brand Management:
- Oversee the creation and distribution of branded content, including brochures, website content, and promotional materials.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, communities, and referrals to promote services and reputation.
Patient Acquisition & Retention:
- Collaborate with Director to design and implement patient acquisition strategies, social media advertising, and referral programs.
- Oversee patient retention programs, including loyalty programs, patient satisfaction surveys, and follow-up communication.
Digital Marketing:
- Manage online presence, including the website, social media profiles, and online directories.
- Implement and optimize strategies to increase online visibility and attract new patients.
- Analyze digital marketing metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Content Creation:
- Manage content creation for various platforms, including blogs, social media, email newsletters, and video content.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to produce educational content that promotes oral surgery services and patient education.
- Ensure all content adheres to industry regulations and guidelines.
Budget Management:
- Track and report on the ROI of marketing activities.
Event Planning & Community Outreach:
- Coordinate and manage events to promote oral surgery services and educate the community.
- Develop relationships with local organizations and influencers to enhance brand visibility.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing metrics to senior management.
- Use data analytics to inform decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Education and Experience:
- Associates/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. (Or equivalent marketing experience.)
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, social media advertising).
- Experience in brand management and content creation.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance in marketing.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Experience in a multi-location healthcare or dental practice.
- Knowledge of dental industry trends and patient acquisition strategies.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
