Marketing Manager- For Saudis only
Key Responsibilities

Implement Tissot’s annual marketing and communication activities across retail and wholesale channels, ensuring strong visibility and consistent brand expression.

Localize and execute global campaigns, PR initiatives, influencer collaborations, and social media content aligned with Tissot’s communication guidelines.

Support trade marketing actions, including VM execution, POS materials rollout, and in-store activation plans to drive sell-out.

Provide brand and communication support to the Customer Service team to ensure a consistent customer experience across channels.

Assist with content preparation and brand alignment for the pre-launch phase of the KSA e-commerce platform planned for 2026.

Maintain alignment between online and offline marketing communication to ensure unified storytelling across boutiques, partner stores, and digital touchpoints.

Prepare monthly performance reports covering marketing KPIs, campaign effectiveness, and customer insights, recommending improvements.

Ensure all communication—visual, digital, and verbal—follows Tissot’s global tone of voice, visual identity, and brand direction.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging marketing opportunities to enhance brand performance.
REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

4–8 years of marketing experience within luxury, fashion, retail, or lifestyle industries.

Strong understanding of brand communication, retail marketing, PR, social media, and influencer management.

Experience supporting customer-facing functions (customer service, client experience, or service communication).

Exposure to e-commerce environments (content readiness, product information, or digital coordination) is preferred — full operational management not required.

Solid knowledge of digital marketing principles and content development.

Strong coordination, planning, and project-management skills with high attention to detail.

Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, HQ, and external partners.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital tools and analytics platforms.

Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
