Marketing Manager

Goal of Position:

The Marketing Manager, US-based, is a strategic and hands-on marketer responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives tailored to US healthcare and priority sectors. This role will bring critical in-market expertise, ensuring messaging, campaigns, and content are localized, relevant, and effective.

Working closely with stakeholders across marketing, sales, product, and leadership, the Marketing Manager will balance strategic planning with execution, improving campaign effectiveness, reducing bottlenecks, and enabling more proactive, insight-driven marketing.

Duties:

● Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned to US market needs, ICPs, and business growth targets

● Own localization of messaging, ensuring relevance and resonance within US healthcare and other key verticals

● Collaborate with content, digital, events, and sales teams to create compelling, high-quality campaign assets and collateral

● Support demand generation and lead generation initiatives across channels

● Manage day-to-day campaign execution, ensuring timelines, quality, and performance standards are met

● Work closely with SMEs and senior stakeholders to translate technical or complex information into clear, audience-ready messaging

● Identify and address delivery bottlenecks, improving speed, efficiency, and campaign effectiveness

● Contribute to campaign planning, prioritization, and strategic marketing initiatives

● Collaborate with external agencies and contractors, providing clear briefs and managing outputs

● Ensure consistent brand voice and positioning across all US-facing materials and campaigns

● Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization

● Stay current with industry trends, particularly in US healthcare, regulated markets, and B2B marketing

Skills/Qualifications:

● Strong experience in B2B marketing, ideally within healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries in the US

● Campaign planning, execution, and optimization

● Content development and briefing for US audiences

● Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration

● Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

● Understanding of digital marketing channels (email, SEO/AEO, paid media, social)

● Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Zoho desirable, Mailchimp)

● Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills (native or near-native US English)

● Experience managing a CMS (WordPress desirable)

Experience:

5+ years in B2B marketing roles , with strong exposure to US markets, particularly healthcare

Education:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
