Marketing Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and versatile Marketing & Brand Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and steward the company's brand identity. This is a dual-function role designed for a strategic thinker who is equally comfortable running high-performance campaigns and safeguarding long-term brand equity.

You will own both the tactical execution of marketing programs and the strategic direction of how our brand is positioned, perceived, and experienced — ensuring every customer touchpoint is consistent, compelling, and commercially effective.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Management

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and OOH channels
  • Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycles — from briefing and budgeting to launch and performance reporting
  • Oversee SEO/SEM, paid media, email marketing, and content strategies to drive lead generation and sales
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing activities with revenue targets
  • Analyse campaign metrics (ROI, CAC, CTR, conversions) and optimise performance continuously
  • Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively across channels

Brand Management

  • Own and evolve the brand strategy — positioning, voice, visual identity, and messaging framework
  • Develop and enforce brand guidelines across all internal and external materials
  • Conduct brand health tracking and market research to measure awareness, perception, and loyalty
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints: packaging, digital, communications, events, and retail
  • Lead creative development and manage relationships with agencies and creative partners
  • Identify emerging trends and cultural shifts to keep the brand relevant and competitive
  • Resolve conflicts between short-term marketing needs and long-term brand positioning

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 4–7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a brand management capacity
  • Proven track record of managing integrated marketing campaigns with measurable results
  • Experience working on FMCG, retail, or consumer-facing brands is a strong advantage
  • Proficiency with marketing tools: Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, or equivalent
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
