Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join the Marketing team and own Beanz’s campaigns, partnerships, and brand marketing.


This is not an entry-level role. You are expected to execute independently, manage multiple workstreams, and deliver high-quality marketing output without hand-holding.


The role will report directly to the Marketing Head of Department and work in parallel with the Social Media Manager, owning everything off-social while they own the platforms.


The role requires the person to have prior experience working cross-functionally with internal teams across creative, product, ops, and commercial, as well as externally with agencies and key partners.


Your Mission & Responsibilities

  • Own and execute Beanz’s brand marketing, campaigns, and partnerships, translating strategy from leadership into real-world marketing that performs & converts.
  • Planning and executing 360 integrated campaigns across physical and digital touchpoints (owning ATL, BTL, and digital campaign calendars end-to-end)
  • Owning NCR programs, intake, briefing, prioritization, and delivery (managing in-app marketing, banners, promos, push notifications)
  • Developing and executing promotional campaigns and seasonal marketing moments
  • Identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and securing co-marketing partnerships with local lifestyle brands, gyms, offices, and community hubs
  • Taking campaign briefs from management and translating them into actionable plans
  • Tracking KPIs, analyzing campaign performance, and reporting back to the HOD
  • Ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints and markets


What We Expect

  • Minimum 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 in a standalone or lead execution role
  • Strong track record of planning and delivering integrated campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital
  • Strong understanding of data, reporting, and analytics, with a proven ability to set targets, track KPIs, measure campaign success, and translate numbers into actionable decisions
  • Solid understanding of core marketing metrics (CAC, CPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS), and comfortable working with data to evaluate campaign performance. LTV, CVR, and retention are a plus to have.
  • Must be highly proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, pivot tables, campaign trackers, budget sheets, and performance dashboards are part of the day-to-day
  • Has managed agencies, creative, and worked cross-functionally with stakeholders
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Able & willing to accept public speaking (social media, regular traditional media etc), ideal candidate must have prior experience, if not, must be willing to go through media training


Tools & Skills

  • Strong fundamentals in: Digital marketing, integrated campaign planning, BTL/ATL execution, in-app marketing, localization, agency and vendor management
  • Campaign & Project Management: Jira, or similar
  • BI Analytics & Reporting Tools: Looker, Power BI, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar
  • In-App & CRM: Familiarity with CRM and lifecycle tools is a plus (e.g. Braze), deep expertise not required
  • AI Proficiency:
  • We expect you to know how to properly use AI to work efficiently and produce better outputs.
  • AI for campaign ideation, briefing, Using AI to improve efficiency across briefing, planning, and reporting workflows. As well as for copywriting, and research (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity)


Before You Apply

  • Experience in Tech Startups (preferred) or lifestyle & consumer brands is essential
  • Experience working in or marketing to the Gulf region with an understanding of various demographics & consumer behaviors
  • Strong command of English, with Arabic as a strong plus (written & spoken)
  • This role is Abu Dhabi-based, hybrid to start with expectation to be fully in-office
