Role Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. The role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with proven experience in luxury branding, high-end real estate, and integrated marketing campaigns. The Marketing Manager will lead initiatives across brand development, project launches, digital platforms, events, and partnerships, ensuring ALTA’s positioning as one of the region’s most innovative luxury developers.


Key Responsibilities


Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for corporate brand and individual projects.
  • Drive integrated campaigns across digital, print, events, and PR to achieve sales and brand awareness targets.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities in the luxury real estate sector.

Project Marketing & Launches

  • Oversee full launch campaigns for new developments, from concept creation to execution.
  • Collaborate with design agencies, PR partners, and media to ensure consistent, high impact messaging.
  • Manage collateral production, including brochures, fact sheets, presentations, videos, and branded content.

Digital & Content Marketing

  • Lead ALTA’s digital presence, including website, SEO/SEM, and social media platforms.
  • Create compelling content tailored to UHNW audiences, investors, and international markets.
  • Monitor analytics to optimize engagement, lead generation, and conversion.

Events & Partnerships

  • Plan and execute exclusive events, international roadshows, and experiential activations.
  • Ensure all touchpoints deliver a premium, lifestyle-driven brand experience.

T eam & Budget Management

  • Oversee the day-to-day performance of marketing executives and external consultants.
  • Manage budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while delivering exceptional quality.
  • Align with internal stakeholders across sales, development, and design teams.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5–7 years’ experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in luxury real estate, hospitality, or premium brands.
  • Proven track record in managing integrated campaigns, project launches, and high profile events.
  • Strong understanding of UHNW buyer behavior, luxury branding, and digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
