CCMG steps in when something goes wrong at a property — water damage, fires, storms — and runs the claims and construction process from start to finish. We’re hiring someone to help more property managers know us before they need us.

The Role

Part marketing, part coordination, part support.

You’ll plan Lunch & Learns, keep our materials and outreach sharp, and be a steady, helpful presence for the property managers we work with and the CCMG team that supports them. Less closing, more connecting and following through.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and run Lunch & Learns with property management companies, HOAs, and community associations
• Figure out who to reach and how — outreach, messaging, materials
• Keep our marketing collateral organized and ready to use
• Help existing clients with quick questions and connect them to the right person at CCMG
• Support the CCMG team with scheduling, follow-ups, and event prep
• Track contacts and activity so we know what’s working
• Represent CCMG at local industry events

Who You Are

• Marketing brain — you notice what works and have opinions about how a brand should feel
• Seriously organized. Calendars and follow-ups don’t scare you
• Genuinely helpful, even on the small stuff
• Comfortable in a room or an inbox — you can represent us either way
• Self-directed; you manage your own day
• Have a car. Don’t mind driving around the metro

Background in property management, real estate, insurance, or marketing is a plus. Personality and follow-through matter more.

What You’ll Earn

• $45,000 base
• $1,000 per qualified Lunch & Learn
• $5,000 for every property management group that signs on
• 1% commission on claims revenue from accounts you bring in, for 24 months

Pay: $45,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
