Job Title: Marketing Specialist for a Restaurant

We are looking for a professional Marketing Specialist to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in marketing, social media management, content creation, photography, videography, and video editing.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase the restaurant’s visibility and attract new customers.

Manage the restaurant’s social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, and Google Business Profile.

Prepare a monthly content calendar for posts, reels, stories, promotions, campaigns, and special events.

Create innovative marketing ideas that match the restaurant’s brand identity and target audience.

Capture high-quality photos of food, drinks, restaurant atmosphere, and customer experience.

Shoot short videos and reels for dishes, promotions, events, and customer experiences.

Edit photos and videos and prepare ready-to-publish content for different social media platforms.

Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant channels.

Monitor social media performance, analyze campaign results, and prepare regular reports for management.

Coordinate with influencers, bloggers, food reviewers, and media partners to promote the restaurant and special offers.

Improve the restaurant’s online presence through Google Business, customer reviews, and delivery platforms.

Follow the latest restaurant marketing trends, competitors’ activities, and market updates to suggest new ideas.

Support sales growth through creative marketing campaigns and attractive promotions.

Ensure that all marketing materials reflect the restaurant’s brand identity, quality, and standards.

Required Skills and Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in restaurants, cafés, hospitality, or the food and beverage industry.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.

Experience in food photography, videography, and visual content creation.

Good skills in video editing, reel creation, and short-form content production.

Ability to use tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.

Ability to write attractive marketing content in Arabic. English language skills are an advantage.

Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure and cover restaurant events, launches, and special promotions.

Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with management, staff, designers, and influencers.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in restaurant openings, menu launches, food campaigns, and influencer marketing.

A strong portfolio showing previous campaigns, photography, videos, reels, and social media accounts managed.

Knowledge of delivery platform marketing such as Talabat, Deliveroo, Noon Food, Careem, or similar platforms.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
