We are seeking a sophisticated and results-driven Marketing Manager with proven expertise in luxury real estate to elevate brand presence and drive high-value lead generation. This role requires a strategic thinker with a refined understanding of premium property marketing and the Dubai market.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute high-impact marketing strategies for luxury and high-value properties.

Lead digital campaigns targeting HNWI and international investors.

Oversee premium listings on Property Finder, Bayut, and exclusive platforms.

Curate high-end branding, content, and marketing materials (brochures, videos, presentations).

Collaborate with developers, brokers, and leadership on exclusive project launches.

Manage social media presence aligned with luxury brand positioning.

Track performance, analytics, and ROI of campaigns.

Requirements

5+ years experience in luxury real estate marketing (Dubai market preferred)

Strong expertise in digital marketing, branding, and lead generation.

Experience handling high-ticket property campaigns.

Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
