Marketing Manager

1. Role Purpose

The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing all marketing

activities of the Company. The role drives footfall, online orders, brand awareness, and customer

loyalty through brand building, digital marketing, paid advertising, public relations, events, and

customer relationship management.

2. Key Duties and Responsibilities

2.1 Brand & Social Media

  • Manage the Company’s social media presence, including Instagram, TikTok, and other

relevant platforms.

  • Plan, create, and publish content, including overseeing photo and video shoots.
  • Coordinate with the content and design team to create assets for the venues, digital

campaigns, and content creation.

  • Maintain consistency of brand identity, tone of voice, and visual standards across all channels.

2.2 Paid Advertising

  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other

relevant platforms.

  • Track campaign performance metrics, including ROAS, and optimize spend accordingly.

2.3 Campaigns

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns for new menus, seasonal moments (Ramadan,

holidays, and national occasions), and outlet launches.

  • Coordinate with operations and kitchen teams to align campaigns with business priorities.

2.4 Public Relations & Influencers

  • Build and maintain relationships with food bloggers, influencers, media outlets, and partners.
  • Organize tastings, collaborations, and press engagements.

2.5 Events

  • Plan and execute launch events, brunches, themed nights, and in-outlet activations.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure successful execution.

2.6 Loyalty & Customer Relationship Management

  • Develop and manage customer retention initiatives, including email, SMS, and WhatsApp

marketing campaigns.

  • Grow repeat customer base and enhance customer lifetime value through loyalty programs.

2.7 Budget & Reporting

  • Own and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Provide monthly reports to management on KPIs and campaign results.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per hour
