Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to develop and manage marketing strategies, branding activities, promotional campaigns, and market development initiatives to support sales growth and strengthen the company’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns
- Manage branding and promotional activities
- Support sales growth through market development initiatives
- Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities
- Coordinate with sales and merchandising teams
- Manage digital marketing and social media activities when required
- Prepare marketing reports and campaign analysis
- Support product launches and promotional events
- Manage marketing materials, branding assets, and promotional budgets
- Build relationships with external marketing suppliers and partners
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 4–6 years of marketing experience
- FMCG, retail, or distribution experience is preferred
- Strong communication and branding skills
- Experience in campaign management and market analysis
- UAE market experience is an advantage
