Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals, focusing on digital channels, content creation, and brand positioning.
  • Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) to maximize ROI.
  • Utilize SEO tools, keyword research, and content management systems like WordPress to enhance organic search visibility and website traffic.
  • Oversee social media marketing efforts, including social media management, content scheduling, and engagement analysis to build a strong online community.
  • Conduct performance marketing analyses using Google Analytics, SQL, and other analytics tools to monitor campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality graphics using Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop for digital assets, email campaigns, and social media content.
  • Implement marketing automation strategies to streamline campaigns, nurture leads, and improve conversion rates across e-commerce platforms.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a focus on SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and performance analysis.
  • Strong proficiency with SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google AdWords/Ads, Facebook Advertising platforms, and content management systems like WordPress.
  • Technical skills including HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics, SQL for data analysis, and familiarity with marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content tailored for various audiences across multiple channels.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce strategies and B2B (business-to-business) marketing practices.
  • Ability to analyze data trends using analytics tools to inform strategic decisions and optimize campaigns effectively.
  • Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite for content creation is highly desirable.
