Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and scale our end-to-end marketing function spanning both digital and on-ground channels. You will drive brand visibility, lead generation, customer engagement, and conversion performance across multiple markets, working closely with leadership, sales, product, and external partners.


Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue goals
  • Lead multi-channel campaigns across SEO, paid media, social media, email, content, and performance marketing
  • Drive digital lead generation and customer acquisition across regional markets
  • Manage Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and conversion tracking
  • Execute ABM outreach campaigns and automated nurture workflows
  • Leverage AI-powered marketing tools and automation platforms
  • Build brand positioning, digital engagement, and thought leadership online
  • Monitor campaign ROI, KPIs, and analytics — deliver actionable insights to leadership
  • Manage external marketing agencies, freelancers, and strategic digital partners
  • Plan and execute trade shows, exhibitions, corporate events, and roadshows
  • Design and manage BTL campaigns activations, sampling, sponsorships, and ambient media
  • Drive brand visibility through OOH, print, and community-based marketing
  • Co-ordinate hybrid events, webinars, and partner marketing activities
  • Build local market engagement through community partnerships and brand activations
  • Manage event budgets, vendor relationships, logistics, and production timelines


Requirements


  • 6–12 years of experience in digital and offline marketing; startup or high-growth exposure preferred
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console
  • Proven track record in digital and on-ground campaign execution
  • Experience with trade shows, BTL activations, field marketing, and events
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, lead generation, and brand marketing
  • Proficiency with SEO tools — MOZ, Screaming Frog, Conductor, or similar
  • Experience managing marketing budgets, campaign optimisation, and vendor relationships
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into decisions
  • Knowledge of AI-driven marketing tools and automation workflows
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
