Marketing Manager

As the Marketing Manager, you will act as the on-ground brand lead for J1, helping shape how the property is seen, experienced, talked about, and remembered.

You will be responsible for building awareness, driving footfall, and growing community engagement through creative marketing initiatives, partnerships, activations, content, and cultural programming that reflect the Earth Hotels identity.

This is a highly hands-on role for someone who understands hospitality, lifestyle culture, and modern community-driven marketing. You should be equally comfortable planning a campaign, hosting a creator dinner, coordinating a shoot, building a local partnership, or bringing an activation to life on property.

What on Earth Will You Do?

  • Act as the on-ground marketing and brand representative for J1.
  • Build awareness, visibility, and community engagement around the property through creative and culturally relevant marketing initiatives.
  • Support the development and execution of the hotel's annual marketing calendar, aligning activity with key business periods, launches, partnerships, and seasonal moments.
  • Identify opportunities to drive footfall, awareness, and guest engagement across both hotel and F&B offerings.
  • Help position the hotel as a destination connected to wellness, creativity, culture, entrepreneurship, movement, and community.
  • Monitor guest feedback, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for brand growth and experience enhancement.
  • Ensure all marketing activity reflects the Earth Hotels identity, tone, and brand positioning.
  • Own the hotel's social media strategy and day-to-day content planning across relevant platforms.
  • Coordinate and oversee shoots, content creation, influencer visits, storytelling opportunities, and creative production within the property.
  • Assist in managing influencer hosting schedules, creator communications, usage rights, and content deliverables.
  • Work closely with photographers, videographers, creators, and partners to develop engaging and brand-aligned content.
  • Identify real moments, experiences, and stories within the hotel that can translate into meaningful digital content.
  • Support paid and organic campaign rollouts across social, digital, and partnership channels.
  • Support the planning and execution of campaigns, launches, announcements, and brand moments.
  • Plan and execute activations, pop-ups, workshops, community events, cultural gatherings, and brand experiences within the property.
  • Manage activation timelines, logistics, supplier coordination, and operational execution to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Work closely with operational teams and stakeholders to ensure activations and partnerships are executed smoothly on property.
  • Support the creation of culturally relevant programming that drives repeat visitation and strengthens Earth Hotels' community presence.
  • Coordinate branded collateral, signage, gifting, printed materials, and on-property visual moments for activations and events.
  • Support the development of experiences that drive energy, engagement, cultural relevance, and community presence around the hotel.
  • Help create experiences that feel authentic to the Earth community and guest journey.
  • Drive partnerships and collaborations with aligned wellness, fashion, fitness, coffee, art, music, entrepreneurial, and lifestyle brands.
  • Identify opportunities for creative collaborations and cross-promotional initiatives that increase brand awareness and strengthen community connection.
  • Build and maintain strong external relationships with creators, influencers, entrepreneurs, digital nomads, media contacts, agencies, cultural stakeholders, and local communities.
  • Support partnership outreach, hosted experiences, PR opportunities, media stays, launch moments, and guest experiences in collaboration with the wider marketing team.
  • Track the performance of campaigns, activations, partnerships, and social media engagement.
  • Prepare regular reports covering campaign performance, social media insights, partnerships, activations, and community engagement.
  • Track marketing budgets, invoices, partnership deliverables, and campaign ROI.
  • Monitor hospitality trends, cultural movements, social behaviour, and lifestyle trends relevant to the brand.
  • Support CRM and digital marketing initiatives with the ability to execute, measure, analyse, and optimise performance across campaigns and engagement activity.
  • Share actionable insights and recommendations to continuously improve content, activations, and guest engagement.
  • Ensure all property safety, health, and service regulations are followed consistently.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in guest-facing and back-of-house areas.

What on Earth Will You Do?

  • 3–6 years of experience within hospitality, lifestyle, F&B, events, boutique hotels, or community-led brands.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality storytelling, brand aesthetics, cultural trends, and community-first marketing.
  • Experience managing social media, content coordination, partnerships, and on-ground activations.
  • Highly proactive, organized, social, and confident in building relationships externally.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, hands-on environment.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills across both creative and operational teams.
  • A naturally curious, energetic, and culturally aware personality with a passion for experiences, people, and storytelling.
  • Existing connections within Dubai’s hospitality, wellness, creative, or entrepreneurial scene are a strong advantage.
  • Arabic language skills are a plus.
