We are seeking a strategic and highly capable Marketing Manager to lead and develop the complete marketing function for Elegant Automotive LLC, a premier automotive company in Syria. This role is a unique opportunity for a seasoned Syrian marketing professional currently working within the Middle East to relocate back home and drive brand growth. You will take full ownership of planning, executing, and monitoring all marketing activities—ranging from digital campaigns and major product launches to aftersales, workshop, and spare parts promotions.

Formulate and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and annual marketing plans tailored to local automotive market conditions.

Oversee brand positioning, high-impact promotional campaigns, corporate marketing initiatives, and new vehicle launches.

Drive end-to-end digital marketing strategies including social media governance, online advertising, SEO/SEM, email outreach, and website updates.

Plan, execute, and evaluate localized advertising campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, and traditional media platforms.

Coordinate high-profile corporate exhibitions, field roadshows, customer experience events, and seasonal promotional drives.

Support vehicle sales pipelines and maximize aftersales service revenue through dedicated workshop and spare parts marketing initiatives.

Track market trends, perform competitor analysis, monitor customer behaviors, and identify fresh revenue-generating opportunities.

Evaluate campaign performance, lead generation metrics, consumer engagement, and overall return on investment (ROI).

Champion customer retention initiatives, loyalty programs, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) workflows.

Supervise and mentor the internal marketing team while managing strategic relationships with advertising agencies and external vendors.

Nationality & Relocation: Open exclusively to qualified Syrian nationals currently working in the Middle East who have a genuine interest in relocating back to Syria.

Experience: Minimum of 10 to 15 years of professional marketing experience, with a heavy emphasis and strong track record within the automotive industry.

Core Expertise: Deep, practical experience in digital marketing systems, complex campaign lifecycle management, and premium automotive brand promotion.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related technical/commercial field. Professional marketing certifications are considered a distinct advantage.
