Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and other social media channels to maximize ROI.
- Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO tools to improve organic search rankings, enhance website visibility, and increase web traffic.
- Oversee content creation including blog posts, landing pages, email newsletters, and social media content using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and content management systems.
- Implement conversion optimization techniques by analyzing user behavior through Google Analytics and other analytics tools to improve website performance and lead conversion rates.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on marketing automation initiatives using platforms that support email marketing, CRM integration, and performance marketing campaigns.
- Design visually appealing graphics and layouts for digital assets while maintaining brand consistency across all channels.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics regularly; prepare reports highlighting insights and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media management, content creation, and analytics.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs; experience with Google Analytics and Google Ads platform is essential.
- Skilled in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress or other content management systems for website updates and content management.
- Strong copywriting skills for creating engaging content tailored to diverse audiences in B2B or B2C contexts.
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms to streamline campaigns across multiple channels effectively.
- Ability to analyze data trends using analytics tools to inform strategic decisions; experience in performance marketing is highly desirable.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
