Job Summary

Property Management Inc. (PMI) is seeking an in-office Marketing Manager to support PMI Corporate’s marketing efforts, with a heavy emphasis on organic social media, content creation, and campaign execution.

This role will own PMI Corporate’s day-to-day organic social media presence while also supporting broader marketing initiatives across campaigns, content, brand, events, reporting, and internal coordination.

The ideal candidate is not just a social media scheduler. They are a strong marketer, content creator, project manager, and brand storyteller who can take a strategy, turn it into a plan, and help drive execution across multiple channels.

This person will work closely with the Director of Corporate Marketing and serve as a dependable marketing partner who can manage day-to-day execution, keep projects moving, coordinate with internal teams, and help ensure marketing priorities are executed clearly and consistently.

What You’ll Do Organic Social Strategy

  • Own and manage PMI Corporate’s organic social media strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Build and maintain a content calendar aligned with brand priorities, campaigns, events, franchise development, company initiatives, and leadership content.

Content Creation

  • Create platform-native content, including short-form videos, interviews, behind-the-scenes content, educational posts, event recaps, storytelling content, and campaign assets.
  • Capture in-office photo and video content, repurpose long-form content into social assets, and maintain organized creative libraries.

Marketing Campaign Support

  • Support marketing campaigns across organic social, email, website content, video, events, and other channels.
  • Help turn marketing strategy into clear timelines, deliverables, creative requests, approvals, and execution plans.
  • Partner with leadership, sales, operations, communications, franchise development, and other internal teams to source stories, updates, subject-matter expertise, and campaign needs.

Paid Social Alignment & Reporting

  • Collaborate with the Director of Corporate Marketing to align organic content themes with paid campaign messaging and creative direction.
  • Track and report social media performance, identify what content is working, and share insights that can improve future content, campaigns, and paid creative testing.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, social media, content marketing, brand marketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong experience managing brand social media channels.
  • Strong content creation skills, especially short-form video.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling instincts.
  • Ability to think beyond individual posts and understand how content supports broader marketing and business goals.
  • Strong project management skills, including timelines, approvals, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
  • Comfortable working in-office and proactively sourcing content from people, teams, meetings, and events.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities at once.
  • Comfortable giving and receiving feedback and improving work based on performance and strategy.
  • Able to work independently, make progress without constant direction, and help keep marketing priorities moving.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with paid social creative, campaign planning, or ad-ready content.
  • Basic understanding of UTMs, GA4, web traffic, and campaign reporting.
  • Experience with social scheduling, project management, or asset management tools.
  • Experience in franchising, multi-location businesses, real estate, property management, or B2B marketing.
  • Experience supporting events, conferences, executive content, podcasts, webinars, or sales enablement content.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, in-office role based in Lehi, Utah. The Marketing Manager will work closely with PMI Corporate’s marketing leadership and internal teams to support content creation, campaign execution, and day-to-day marketing priorities.

Pay: $65,000.00 per year
