As the Marketing Manager you will serve as the primary storyteller and content creator for Precision's brand. We're looking for someone passionate about content-first strategies, the agency industry, and go-to-market plans for new products.
Reporting directly to the Business Development and Marketing Director and working closely with the Business Development Manager and the Chief Growth Officer, you will drive Precision's editorial agenda including social platforms, newsletters, awards, thought leadership, research reports, events and more to ensure Precision is seen as an agency powerhouse in DC, NYC, and future geographic expansions. In this role, you'll partner with senior leaders and subject matter experts to shape how our expertise shows up in the market — turning complex data and insights into compelling stories that build our brand, support new business development, and position our internal innovation as a differentiator. This role will contribute big, creative ideas on how to grow the agency's brand and notoriety - from events to major announcements to expansions into new markets.

The salary range for this role is $85,000 - 105,000
Due to the pandemic, we required all employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19. We are currently working in a hybrid model and require staff to work in the office 50% of the working days of the month.
