Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals, focusing on increasing brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and social media channels, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
  • Utilize SEO tools, keyword research, and content optimization techniques to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.
  • Oversee content creation efforts including copywriting, graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite, and content management system (CMS) updates on platforms like WordPress.
  • Implement conversion optimization tactics by analyzing user behavior with Google Analytics and Google AdWords data to enhance landing pages and user journeys.
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns using marketing automation tools to nurture leads and retain customers effectively.
  • Conduct performance marketing analysis through analytics tools, adjusting strategies based on data insights to maximize campaign success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and creative departments to ensure cohesive messaging and branding consistency.
  • Stay current with industry trends such as SEM (Search Engine Marketing), E-commerce strategies, HTML/CSS coding basics, JavaScript enhancements, SQL data queries, and social media management best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing or related roles with a strong understanding of SEO tools, SEM campaigns, and analytics platforms.
  • Proficiency in managing social media marketing campaigns across multiple channels including Facebook Advertising and social media management tools.
  • Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design; familiarity with content creation for diverse platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress or other content management systems (CMS) for website updates and content publishing.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics for website optimization and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Strong copywriting skills coupled with keyword research expertise to craft compelling content that drives engagement.
  • Experience utilizing Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords), Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms to optimize performance marketing efforts.
  • Ability to analyze campaign data using SQL or analytics tools to inform strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills with an eye for detail; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.
