Marketing Manager

Job Summary

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase retail and online sales. The role requires leadership in digital marketing, campaign management, brand positioning, partnerships, events, and customer acquisition initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, book launches, author events, and promotional activities.
• Manage brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
• Lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, website promotions, SEO, and paid advertising.
• Coordinate with retail operations to design and execute in-store marketing and merchandising campaigns.
• Analyze customer insights, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources.
• Build and maintain relationships with publishers, authors, media partners, agencies, and influencers.
• Oversee content creation for digital and traditional marketing platforms.
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports on key marketing metrics and ROI.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve departmental objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 5–8 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail, publishing, e-commerce, or FMCG.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, CRM, and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in campaign planning, event management, and brand development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: Rs180,000.00 - Rs220,000.00 per month
