Job Summary

Duties
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals and target audience insights.
- Manage and execute integrated marketing campaigns across social media platforms, email marketing, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and display advertising channels such as Google Ads and Facebook Advertising.
- Utilize SEO tools and perform keyword research to enhance organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
- Oversee content creation including copywriting, graphic design, and multimedia production using Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, and content management systems like WordPress.
- Implement conversion optimization techniques to improve landing page performance, user experience, and lead capture rates.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, SQL queries, and other analytics tools to derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on e-commerce initiatives, marketing automation workflows, and performance marketing strategies to maximize ROI.
Experience
- Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a strong focus on SEO, SEM, social media management, and content creation.
- Hands-on familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs, along with proficiency in Google Ads, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and Google Analytics.
- Skilled in HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics, SQL querying for data analysis, and content management systems like WordPress or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to develop compelling copy for diverse audiences while maintaining brand consistency.
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns that include email marketing automation and B2B (business-to-business) marketing strategies.
- Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite for creating engaging visual content.
- Knowledge of performance marketing techniques including conversion rate optimization (CRO), keyword research, and analytics-driven decision making.
