We are looking for a strategic & results-driven
Marketing Manager
for new premium and AI-tech automotive brands
that will be launched soon
under Chery International (Automobiles Group).
Location: UAE
Responsibilities:
· Brand Strategy Development:
-
Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to position the automotive brand effectively in UAE.

Align brand strategy with business goals, ensuring long-term growth and market differentiation.
· Market Research & Analysis:
-
Conduct regular market research to identify consumer trends, competitors, and market gaps.

Analyze customer insights, industry trends, and competitor strategies to inform branding decisions.
· Brand Positioning & Messaging:
-
Define the brand’s unique value proposition and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.

Position the brand in a way that resonates with target customers, aligning with their needs and expectations.
· Marketing & Campaign Management:
-
Plan and oversee marketing campaigns (digital, print, etc.) to promote the brand and increase awareness.

Collaborate with the marketing agencies to create promotional materials, advertisements, and events that reflect the brand identity.
· Product Launch & Coordination:
-
Work closely with product development and sales teams to ensure the successful launch of new vehicle models and products.

Manage the alignment of product features with brand messaging to ensure consistency.
· Brand Guidelines & Consistency:
-
Establish and maintain clear brand guidelines for visuals, tone, and messaging across all marketing materials and communication.

Ensure all company communications, advertisements, and social media reflect the brand’s identity consistently.
· Budget Management:
-
Oversee and allocate the brand’s marketing budget effectively across campaigns and initiatives.

Ensure that spending aligns with strategic goals and provides a strong return on investment (ROI).
· Brand Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
-
Track brand performance metrics (e.g., awareness, customer perception, engagement) and adjust strategies as needed.

Provide regular reports on brand health and campaign effectiveness to senior management.
Key Requirements/Skills/Qualification:
-
At least 3 years of strong automotive marketing managerial experience in UAE. Experience in premium and AI-tech car brands will be advantageous.

Strong network connections with media and influencers in UAE.

Solid communication and coordination ability, planning and execution ability.

Ability to withstand pressure, daring to innovate, break through and willing to go extra mile.

Fluent in English & Arabic communication skills (written & spoken).

Proficient in presentation skills, reporting, etc.
-
Holds a valid UAE driving license.
