Job Summary
We are seeking a highly creative, analytical, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute the overall marketing strategy across our core business units: Skillston Institute, Skillston Educational System (SES), and Travelink International. Operating at the group level, you will serve as the custodian of our brand identities—orchestrating comprehensive 360-degree marketing campaigns, managing our global digital footprint, and driving admissions and business growth.
This role requires a highly adaptive professional who can seamlessly pivot marketing strategies between diverse target demographics (from prospective K-12 school parents to aspiring culinary professionals and premium travelers) while securing measurable growth and maximizing organizational ROI.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Development & Marketing Collateral
- Design, produce, and oversee all high-quality print and digital collateral (brochures, prospectuses, flyers, print ads, and banners) for each corporate venture.
- Establish, maintain, and enforce a distinct, cohesive, and consistent brand identity, visual style guide, and voice across all business lines.
- Utilize the corporate history, international accreditations (such as CTH UK, NAVTTC, and STEVTA), and core values to translate institutional milestones into compelling public marketing narratives.
2. Digital Marketing & Web Optimization
- Plan, execute, and monitor comprehensive multi-channel digital campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and display networks.
- Oversee and optimize digital campaign assets to support seasonal academic intake targets, ensuring direct alignment with quarterly promotional schedules and lead-generation targets.
- Manage corporate websites and digital user journeys (including admissions portals, inquiry forms, and booking interfaces) in active collaboration with internal design teams and third-party developers.
- Conduct regular search engine optimization (SEO) and social media audits to ensure cutting-edge industry practices, maximum search visibility, and continuous performance optimization.
3. Campaign Execution & Budget Management
- Formulate, track, and strategically optimize marketing and campaign budgets for all three corporate ventures to ensure maximum cost efficiency.
- Develop and deliver detailed monthly marketing performance reports, translating digital analytics (CTR, CPA, lead conversions) into actionable insights and recommendations for executive leadership.
4. Strategic Growth & Alliances
- Collaborate directly with institutional CEOs, school principals, and executive management to align marketing efforts with core commercial goals, enrollment targets, and corporate milestones.
- Monitor global and regional trends across the vocational education, K-12 school systems, and travel sectors, proactively adopting innovative marketing technologies.
- Support international education marketing campaigns by translating global academic pathways (including UK qualifications and international progression routes) into persuasive student acquisition campaigns.
- Drive institutional development initiatives, aligning brand promotions with structured corporate roadmaps to promote overseas employment advisory programs and educational placement services.
- Coordinate, execute, and evaluate offline marketing events, high-profile culinary competitions, and regional promotional activities.
5. Team Leadership & Public Relations
- Supervise, mentor, and guide internal creative, content, and social media teams to maintain day-to-day posting standards, brand alignment, and design consistency.
- Handle public relations, corporate communications, and external partner relations with utmost professionalism and brand integrity.
Job Skills & Requirements
- Education: Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media Sciences, Communications, or a closely related field (Required).
- Experience: At least 5 years of proven, hands-on experience managing marketing teams and multi-channel campaigns, preferably across education, hospitality, services, or travel.
- Technical Skills:
- Deep expertise in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and social media management suites).
- High familiarity with website Content Management Systems (CMS), basic HTML/CSS, and SEO auditing tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
- Strong capability in data analysis, campaign budget modeling, and converting marketing metrics into high-level business presentations.
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication in both English and Urdu, with a highly articulate, persuasive, and professional presentation style.
- Strong strategic mindset, capable of managing distinct brand messaging simultaneously.
- Natural leadership and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional corporate teams.
